Mosaic Stadium is a 522,000 sq ft facility with a total capacity of 40,000 visitors featuring 38 corporate suites, two levels of luxury seating, and an open concourse circling the entire facility.

Projects of this magnitude include many vendors and separate entities, each with their own personal interests and focuses. Daemon had the experience and process management in place to unify those entities and coordinate across multiple independent IT departments, without disrupting the sequencing of commissioning.
